    This is what I place in a Vitamix blende:

    1 1/4 cup of water, Cantelope, Pomegranite juice, Apple, Orange
    Grapes, Carrot, Broccoli, Cabbage,
    Tomato, Blueberries, Strawberries,
    2 scoops of Protein Powder
    Salad, Flax seed oil

    Take 1/2 and save for the next day.

    so I fair did this, but I too added an avocado to it. I don’t know this but it tastes tasty. The entire thought sounds sick, and it looks even more yucky… but it’s fair the opposite. Very, very tasty really. thanks for this spendid thought!

    I make mine every day with 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, 3 cups fresh spinach, and 1 cup of soy milk. I too throw in some protein powder (I prefer that protein derived from peas). It is brilliant. I recommend the blueberries due to their low calories and tall antioxidants and vitamins…goes well with the spinach.

    When you juice anything you have an abnormal food, juice is excellent BUT juice too rapid into your system isn’t excellent. too much sugar too rapid makes your pancreas have to work too much to produce insulin to slow down the sugar rush….fiber keeps it slow and longer lasting. so fiber is excellent…eat the entire fruit or veg…blending is excellent as it keeps everything together….

    Wow you are in brilliant shape. Did you lose? profit? in order to get where you are nowadays? I am modern to your videos so I’m not certain how you got to your current point of wellness, other than raw (I’ve been raw 4 years and fond every bit of it) and obviously some kind of fitness. Want to know more?

    i kill 4 bananas 4 apples 2 oranges (on average) a day…carrots raw, even cucumbers raw without anything!!!!

    attempt it with some banana, apple, kiwi, and blueberries. 60% fruit, 40% veg. its will taste and see like a fruit smoothie. so very tasty, I make it all the time.

    our bowels absord juice NOT FIBER!!! eating a carrot does not feed u as much whether u juice it!!! of course u can eat it but U WONT ABSORB ALL THE GOODNESS!!!! question Jason Vale, the uk juicemaster or Jack Lalanne the us one!!! thanks..

    too carrot/ginger/apple is awesome! yay!

    It’s so right approximately blenders/juicers. you want to keep the pulp, all that fibre.

    I like ‘healthy’ food….but this one sounds revolting. -might be healthy, but what happened to the pleasure of food? (ie Broccs are much nicer and probably as healthy lightly steamed with some lemon and soy sauce!).
    Oh well.

    That smoothie is feeble! lol jk Use a vita-mix blender like jamba juice, the texture is much smoother. Add in 9 organic bananas, 2 handful of blueberries, 7 spinach leaves and 2 handful of ice. That’s nearly 1,200 calories in one meal for you bodybuilder.

    What R U Mute or something Jayman? V8 fair juices its veggies and leaves out all the vital goodness from the veggies. All the pulp and seeds are left out of V8. V8 fair strips the nutrition from the veggies. The best portion is the pulp…

    I make a drink with one apple,one orange,one carrot,half a bunch of broccoli(stalk included),a handfull of spinach,one frozen banana,one and a half cups of water and two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds.I have a vita mix 5000 and set it to speed 10 and blend until I see that everything is smooth,this makes approximately 40-50 ounces,I drink it as rapid as I can and follow it with a multi vitamin and a vitamin B-12.The apple gives the drink a decent taste, without the apple its more tough to drink.

    This video enhanced my vegan diet a brilliant deal. Before I viewed this video, I was eating nuts and seeds all day to get my protein. I was getting a small bit fed up of eating nuts everyday. Now I don’t have to eat the same thing everyday thanks to this video. Two living food shake provide more than 50% of my daily nutrient need. Wow. Man, your video made my life so much simpler. I’m a pleased vegan now. One like. Peace.
