    attempt starting your day with some cold pizza, or a few microwaved burritos. you’ll be pleased and feel excellent all day knowing you ate something much tastier and more satisfying than lemon water, which will abandon your body starving.

    yes, because it will assist to neutralize digestive acids and balance acid/alkalinity. i recomend aloe juice and excellent stomach for you instead though.

    A lot of fruit is really acidic on its own, natural, raw…but once they get interior the body, they have an alkaline effect (produce alkaline residue when digested)…Obviously everything needs to be in moderation but that is why lemon juice (again, in moderation) is excellent for you because it has an alkaline effect on the body once it gets absorbed and digested :) Thank you for all your videos!     Hi Dashama,

    I appreciate all of your videos, and I do drink lemon juice water quite a bit… I got in the custom from the lemonaide rapid back years ago. But I do have to right you… lemon juice is highly acidic with a pH of approximately 2-3. Whether you want to alkalinize, drinking water with a pinch of baking soda in it is better, as suggested by alkalizing pros. Its not as pleasant as lemon water though!

    Excellent advise. I started nowadays with a shot of acai and goji juice 30 minutes before green tea. Waited 1 hr. then first breakfast of yogurt, banana, curry, chile pepper, sunflower seeds, raisons, hemp meal, and ground flax seed.

    Experiment, explore and have fun with healthy foods.

    lemon water… fascinating. Perhaps I can do my yoga and drink lemon water instead of water in the morning. Does it get rid of morning breath too? ;-D jk
