I used to eat junk food for every meal and was 250lbs and getting larger.
In June I had a pulmonary embolism and a heart attack at the age of 31. so I slowly started to make changes in my diet. basically I started with having 1 piece of fruit each day along with my other meals. Now 4 months later I am 227lbs and gotten to the point where I eat only 1 cooked meal per day. Im off my blood thinners and feel excellent. wanna get to be 95% raw..I’ve noticed I feel very light…
Thabks for addressing the timeline concept. My family and I have been making attempts at a 100% raw food lifestyle since 06. I don’t feel like I have failed I fair feel that my transition is taking longer than exterior people expect it to. You peruse approximately others journeys and it seems so instant and overnight that it gives you an illusion that this is the norm for everyone and its not. But that is okay. Whatever your pace its okay.

Thanks for the two videos. I agree with you that we get too caught up in the thought of perfection. I came from a very healthy diet to a tall raw diet approximately three months ago to lose a few pounds and to work on my arthritis. This raw journey has been incredible. I reckon as long as we start off adding foods to our diet fair as God made them we will be improving our health. And like you said, your body will tell you where it wants to be whether you fair hear. Keep up the excellent work! More!
