    i don’t like water & yes you need more than 2 fruits a day whether your gonna lose weight.

    Do a search….see up Joey Petroni…he has silly video’s, but he too has facts approximately Tall Fructose Corn syrup and how it causes health problems as well as hormones in milk. His site has comedy crap, but a lot of useful material in his more serious video’s on You Tube. Worth watching!

    you should really eat a lot more fruit and veggies than 2 a day.. It’s different from country to country, but 600g of fruit and veggies is what the guidelines are in Denmark.. I know that it’s 5 pieces a day in England.. so i dont reckon you should only be eating 2 fruits a day.. Sorry i didn’t meen to sound so mean :p Brilliant video otherwise.. Excellent point approximately the water :D
