Really the bananas people eat in the US have not been hybridized by humans. Bananas naturally go seedless or seeded because of their triploid genetics.
Plus I have gotten several reports from different people of “wild” bananas that were seedless.
Too papayas can grow seedless in the wild as well.
Before bananas were mass hybridized for commercial production they had black seeds in them. See at any photos of wild bananas. Papayas have black seeds in them too. I assume you never had a banana with seeds as maximum Americans have not. Seek one out and notice how much more filling they are over the seedless ones.

Some fruits really grow seedless in the wild. Certainly bananas & papayas do.
And no problems with sugar. Sugar is our primary fuel. Simply eat sufficient calories and then get additional minerals from your consumption of greens.

Personally, I eat a tall stout (mostly sat. stout) diet. I don’t tolerate other tall carb diets well at the moment.
Really, raw food is naturally much lower on the Glycemic index than cooked food… that includes fruit. Apples, all berries, peaches, etc. are all very low on the index. So eating a RAW diet keeps your blood sugar even… avoiding the spikes cooked veggies and fruit and give you.
In my experience the glycemic index and glycemic load is of small importance. Particularly when it comes to eating raw fruits.
Yet maximum fruit is low to low middle glycemic. But whether you account glycemic load it would be a very tall glycemic diet.
I should be aging rapidly whether that’s the case and so should thousands of others. The Glycemic Index can be quite misleading.
