   Why should they not be allowed to advertise? Surgery is sometimes a excellent, whether not only option for some. What approximately ads for those ambulance chasers, miracle this or that for the kitchen, bath, private parts, hair, feet, nails, body, garden, house, eyes, back, bedroom, gym, boat, car, garage, wall, ceiling, heat, cold, fence, grass, get wealthy, get fit, get trim, get girls, get cars, get houses, get what ever you want?
   Seems like you want to halt advertising all together. So long as they are not swindling people. You have those that stretch the truth, and those that make it up. As long as its not out right lies.

   Why? Penis enlargement pills advertise. So do plastic surgeons. So does fair approximately every commerce.
   Fair b/c YOU don’t happen to want a product doesn’t mean that company should be penalized for advertising.
   PLus I reckon law makers have a lot more pressing matters to attend to.

   There is as soon as they state “It will remedy”. Then the FDA will come down on them. Unless its a pharmaceutical company then its ok. Whether you see on containers that aren’t name brands you will see Dietary Supplement. Without it it cant be sold.

   Yes unless they have been rigorously tried and approved by the FDA.
