    It’s Hemp protein powder and I too really like rice protein energizer, but whether you are prone to constipation, don’t use rice! heehe :) go for hemp. its the best all around xoxo

    I don’t eat meat. i eat a lot of living foods since they are full of prana, which is the source of energy directly coming from the sun/ the source. some cooked foods i eat though. like!

    not certain approximately the corn seeds.. but chia is a super food and i highly recomend it! :)

    Weird question , but the seeds you used reminded me . Im growing corn , and of course it puts out the vegetable and the seed on summit . I was wondering whether I can eat those seeds and whether you have any thought on what they might be excellent for ? The more I can use out of my garden , the better !

    FYI, chopping on granite will gloomy your knife quickly because the surface is too tough for your blade to hold its edge. You might wanted to use a soft wood or plastic cutting board.

    there are different types of apples, BUT all you need too do is PH test em with those cheap, handy small strips.
